I think it's fate that I noticed this thread today. Since it's a Coach thread I hope it's okay if I ask some advice.

I had been using my Coach wristlet and I went to grab it off my desk friday when I noticed that the handle had ripped. I'm clueless to how it happened because it hadn't shown signs of wear. I haven't even had it a year and it's my favorite going out purse.

Any idea if Coach will fix it for me? Like replace the handle? Help!

If you bring your wristlet to any Coach store, they will send it in for repair. If for some reason they are unable to repair it, they will give you a new wristlet OR if they don't have that particular one, they will give you store credit for that amount. I recently brought in a Hobo of mine that the stitching inside was coming apart and that is what the sales woman told me. I wasn't able to part with my bag at that point but I will be bringing it back for repair.

They had something similar to these at the outlet last night. I like this style better than the one they had there which were the smaller Cs.
