It's okay to smoke because you will not get cancer from smoking and if yu do than its because you have a lung cancer gene ...smoking has nothing to do with it....by the way she is a smoker....and

The sun also does not cause cancer...its just a way to give Dr.s a way to make $$$ saying that there patiens have skin cancer.

Same goes for kids that get Appendectomys....there is nothing wrong with there appendics...Docs just need t0 pay there morgages and since we dont need that organ it is a good way to make $$$ and parents wont question it because parents are affraid there kids will die if not removed ...

ther is no conversation to be had with her she knows all and what is best for her is best for everyone...if she get sick and better in 1 day than anyone that gets sick the same if nt better in one day than they are faking

I completely agree. What a...(OK, I can't type what I's like to call Miss Info...it's not DIS friendly).

As a HR person myself, I can say that they better do something, although unfortunately firing someone is harder than you would think, even for such an awful comment. Usually unless there is gross negligence, a direct threat, or abuse, it's hard to fire someone on the spot. It usually has to go through a course of first warning, second warning, and then the company would possibly be able to toss her out. It depends on their policies.

All right she's crossed the line. She and the Chinese girl were having an argument. Miss Info gets frustrated and says "We should just send you all back to China." I know she heard the OMG!! that came out of my mouth. Co-worker bursts into tears and heads for the bathroom. I give her a dirty look as I pass by and she says "WHAT??" My Asian co-worker has asked if I would go to HR with her, I told her of course.

Wow, it would have taken every bit of self control not to belt her one .

What a twit. I think I would have told her that no one is overly sensitive, but rather some people don't know when to keep their piehole shut.
