i think maybe it needs vellum behind the windows???

my house votes.....

dh: you should make it from textured paper with the door.

ds: no bricks, no door!

there's a lot of help there!!!!!!

My vote goes with DH. I like the texture. It would be fun to play around with different colored inks to get the effect the castle has with the night lights on it.
I like it better with the door. Looks a little odd without it.

when you say you like the texture, do you mean to make it with dcvw paper or just plain blue paper run through the cuttlebug?

The texture that you've created, I think. I like it with the door as well, and some velum would look nice, but not necessary. I like it as is!:thumbsup2

Yup, the one you made. I love the brick look.

Do you know how many bricks it took to make the castle?

NONE!!
They are all painted on. :thumbsup2

I like it with the bricks and the door. I agree, I think velum behind the windows would look good.

I'm with the majority, love the bricks and the door. Great job, Holly. :thumbsup2

Bricks and door - and how about a stained glass window (the one over the door)? OH, and while you're texturing, could the door have woodgrain?

OOoooooh, it's amazing! I love it with the bricks and the door. I think it would look great with a little sparkle, glitter!

I like the bricks/texture and the door..
if you opt not to use the door.. have a little person or dragon peeking out!!! LOL

Love the bricks and the door ... There's some great woodlike paper in the new Latte stack that would be awesome for the door ...

I like the brick look and like it with the door. I also agree that vellum behind the windows would look good. You did a great job!!

I like it too! But it could use a little sparkle! and I like the idea of vellum behind the windows. Definately needs a door!

Seriously, I love your castle - it's so cute and I really like the texture. Vellum would be nice behind the windows.
