my brother is the best smoker!

no not that kind of smoker

Every year he and his dw make a huge goodie basket for everyone for Christmas but this year my brother got a meat smoker.
He made smoked salmon, bacon and even brought a turkey for dinner.

We made the bacon for dinner and OMGOSH it is the BEST bacon I have ever had in life!! very lean, and so smoky... omgosh I was in heaven!! I'm almost glad I dont feel better because I would have eaten all of it Im sure.


Ill have to put in my order for more

Anyone else have a meat smoker?

I want to get one. My Brother has one and last Thanksgiving smoked three turkeys and a brisket. Just thinking of it makes me hungry
