Ugh....just spent the entire evening doing our taxes and THEN filling out two FAFSA forms! What a headache!!!

Thank goodness everything is done and now I just have to wait for all that scholarship money to come pouring in! :lmao::rotfl:

I understand where you are coming from. Just finished organizing taxes and have also done two FAFSTA's I hate how you need to file the fafstas as early as possible even tho you may not have all your tax info back yet I hope it will be worth it for both of us. :wizard:

I feel your pain. I filled all of ours out last Saturday and got the great news that once again we qualify for low interest loans as financial aid. Yippie......

That will be us next year. I am not looking forward to filling out the FAFSA. I just heard that when it asks for parents assets you are suppose to report the 529 plans of all your kids. We have 4 kids- each with an account- and that will make it look like we have a lot more money than we do.

I need to warn our accountant about this for early January of 2011. We'll be filing our FAFSA before our taxes are final (unbelievably complicated, you have NO idea) and then will have to go back and file amended forms for everything.

agnes!
