My Braces Need Help

i had an expander for 6 months
i had braces for a year and a half.
got them off
got a retainer that i never wore
had to get braces that i still have on


WEAR THE RETAINER ONCE YOU GET THEM OFF!

also, dont chew gum until you are used to them, it san hurt really bad!!

but the end smile is always amazin!

Yeah, you HAVE to wear your retainers every night until the ortho says you don't have to anymore. Your teeth will shift back to the original not-straight position they were in before your braces and you'll have to get them all over again.

Mm, I'm one of those lucky people who only has a night retainer, and this weird metal retainer behind my teeth.
In other words, I don't have to bring anything to school =)
It makes me happy, because my friends retainer makes her speak funny xD
Not that it matters.

They're going to be annoying for the first couple days/weeks, but, you'll eventually get used to them, and learn to cope with them. IDK why you would need a pain killer, I never did, and I had them for four years. (Just got them off on Wednesday) Though do what you want with the P.K.'s

Over time they'll become your best friends... NOT!
