After reading about this drug on the DIS Boards I decided to give it a try. I am one of those people who suffer from motion sickness on spinning rides and on simulators. Rollercoasters and fast rides do not bother me at all. So I have myself prepared for months telling myself that it will be okay with the bonine and that this is going to be such a fantastic experience even if the bonine does not work, it will be worth it. Finally the day arrives, we get to Epcot about 1/2 hour after opening (resort bus breakdown) and walk straight onto MS no wait at all. I had taken 2 bonine first thing when I got up, so I was ready to take off.....I rode MS without getting sick...I followed the instructions to the letter. Now the part of this post I am prob going to get blasted for, I did not think it was worth all the whoopla that is being said about it. Again this is just MY OPINION but it was kind of boring and def not worth getting sick over. I would have been quite upset if the bonine had not worked and I felt sick from what I think is a lack luster ride experience. Again this is just my opinion I am not trying to start a debate, but just trying to help out fellow DIS'ers who suffer from motion sickness....unless you have every truly experienced what it is like to fell "off" from a ride, it is hard to understand. As a final FYI the instructions on the bonine say do not exceed more than 2 tablets a day. I took 2 around 7:30 a.m. and by 1:00 I felt really groggy and went back to the resort for a rest.....

I tend to suffer from motion sickness myself and used to take Bonine. I tried Mission Space yesterday without Bonine. Frankly, I was exhausted from the night before spent listening to flushing turbo toilets, running water, and someone flinging back a shower curtain at the All Star Sports, and Bonine would have knocked me out.
At one point, I did feel that warning feeling in my salivary glands, but it went away and we did the ride twice. I liked it and my sons loved it. I would never do it if my digestive system felt " off " for any reason but I didn't notice anyone else feeling ill at all.

Nobody should flame you for your personal opinion. Opinions vary widely about rides, especially simulators. At least you didn't get sick on it, and with PhilharMagic, the stunt car show, Everest, Wishes, Stich Escape! and possibly Soarin' due to be added to the parks, there are sure to be some that you'll enjoy.
