Gosh yes. It was my birthday while we were there (Feb 28th). It was also our wedding day there the following day (1st March).
We went to O'hana for a lovely meal. Party games and bbq food. I was even treated to a birthday cake and everyone sang ' happy birthday'. It was lovely.
I think Fantasmic would be a lovely treat. We enjoyed that show so much.
Or maybe a illuminations cruise, or a cruise on the Grand one Yacht.

Go for a special meal at a Disney restaurant, or character meal, & let your server know you're celebrating a birthday.
