DS18 is vegan. He lives with dad in another state, so I haven't had to deal with his dietary needs since he became vegan. (He's been vegetarian since he was 8 and I was totally used to this and able to prepare meals for him)
My biggest anxiety is his being able to find enough CS food to keep him full.
I've done plenty of research on this subject (Eating Vegan in WDW) and found many entries about how wonderful TS chefs are and how accommodating they can be.
We are doing CS because that's all the budget would allow. Also, I wanted my kids to be able to just get their food, pre-paid, when they go off by themselves.
I've printed out menus and recommendations from Allears, and menus from Dis, which will help, I hope.
I'm anticipating giving a good report about vegan food at CS restaurants, once we get back. At least, that's my goal.
We'll see...
PS: If anyone has suggestions about vegan food at CS restaurants, please share. Thanks!
