I hope she gets a DiS account.
It'd be fun to see her on the Jonas thread.
Btw, did she have an amazing birthday?
Ha.Ha. She lurks on the Jonas thread ALL THE TIME! That's why I posted pix there too - she's enjoyed their pix over these past few months. I think I will let her DIS; I just gave in to FB so why not?
And she had a great birthday in Disney. She enjoyed all of the extra attention ALOT. I WILL finish this tr once I'm done posting about JB.

Congrats it looks like you both had a great time. I love the way it looks like lauren is a princess with a tiara on. Too cute!!
I did not notice that "tiara" until people pointed it out here. So funny! Yes she was feeling like quite the princess that day.
I've already printed out the 8x10s on my printer; have the 5x7s ordered through Shutterfly. And I think she wants wallets also.
Cammie,
I traveled over here after reading the DisMoms GONE WILD TR. I have to say you are an amazing Mom and I can only hope I'm as good at the Mom thing to my daughter in a few years as you are to your girls.

Thanks so much for sharing! Lauren is adorable and a lucky girl to have such a cool Momma

to take her to JB concerts!
By the way, did you like Elton John & Billy Joel? I just went this past Tuesday here in Chicago and thought it was

amazing.
Oh that was so sweet to say. Thank you!

I have great girls so it makes being a mom that much easier.
As for the Billy/Elton concert - oh boy. Saw all of Elton. He was great. Saw some of Billy - he was fantastic. BUT I had to leave early - let's just say my gf doesn't know when to say when.

I was not happy considering it was my birthday! This was totally out of character for her. And we went for cheap seats - never again. I like sitting up close.

But on the good side, I did get to hear Billy Joel perform "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant". Probably one of my all-time faves!
we are going to the August Cleveland show. I am more excited now after seeing your pics!! I bet she was just dying!!!! the pics turned out great though!!!
You're going to love the show - very fun. They are REALLY good. I will be posting concert pix this weekend so you can get a little preview.
I am on

for Lauren. How exciting! They sound so great! I don't think I've ever heard a Jonas Bros song but after looking at the pics, I don't think I'd mind Joe's arm around me for a while!

Although, what's with his fanny pack?
You're the greatest Mom ever, Cammie. I know Lauren will be thinking that forever!!
Thank you. You're so sweet!
And yeah - AMEN to the Joe's arm around you comment. He's pretty easy on the eyes. As for that fanny pack, it was part of his costume for the soundcheck party (I posted pix further back in the thread). I think he was dressing as a nerdy tourist; guess he liked the fanny pack and decided to hold onto it. It's working for him though, don't you think?
How fantastic for you both. Especially for Lauren at her age. She will have such great memories of this concert. Loved the pictures. They were awesome.
I really wanted to capture all of this for her. Hence the bazillion pix I took! She seriously says it was the best day of her life!
cammie!!!!!!!!! wow....what a great experience! i'm so happy everything went well with meeting them. i'm sure lauren was THRILLED! i hope you don't mind - i forwarded the links to the mini-jonas-TR to my best friend from high school who has a 9yo DD who LOVES them, especially joe. she will get a kick out of joe paying so much attention to lauren!
DAWN! How the heck are you? I've been so MIA from the DIS for most of the summer and have completely lost touch with all of the TRs I was subbing to. I've noticed you had your NYC report up. I need to check into that and see how it all went!
Anyway, back on-topic: please feel free to forward to the link to any fans you think who would be interested. I took so many pix and I feel the need to post them; just hoping to find people who are interested. And yes, Joe seems to be a fave with alot of people. I can see why - he's pretty charming.
Hi just found your trip report today, I was looking for some disney magic so thanks Loved your trip! and super job on the concert! I was able to take my daughter when she was 13 to see Jessie McCartney and got a meet and greet too. I didn't tell her about it till we were at the show. She was sooo amazed and has never worn the shirt she had on again

we only got about 2seconds with him in a hallway and they took a polorid(sp?) which she spent all nite looking and smiling at and still keeps it in her cd holder in the car. That was 3 years ago! I'm off to read your mom's weekend report thanks for sharing
Thanks for joining in! I hope you enjoy my other reports. We're Disney freaks in our family.
