This is usually the first place we head when we get to the Animal Kingdom. In fact, I don't think we've ever gone to the AK and not done Dinosaur. If you get there first thing, you can usually ride 2-3 times without a wait. :) One of the things I like to do is pretend to be sleeping when they take the picture. :teeth:

When you walk downstairs to get into your Time Rover, take a look at the pipes overhead. Do you know what this is?

I love and look forward to your post every day ***********. lol..keep up the good work!

I always enjoy these attractions of the day too. You do a great job ***********!:D

Thank you. :) There are times when I don't see replys for a long time and then I start to doubt myself. :)

I like looking at my photos one attraction at a time, too. It can be overwhelming to try to look at the whole site at once, but by looking at just one page, the pix seem to stand out more. :) I'm glad you're enjoying them.

We also very much enjoyed this ride. Compared to the Energy in Epcot. These dinosaurs seem much better. Though I guess the energy one was more about, well energy, than dinosaurs. LOL But it was a very exciting ride, I also liked the very end. When ya get off. If ya look up at the TV monitors you can see the dinosaur that came back with us, running around. LOL. :D

Dinosaur was fun for me but I kinda cheated and actually only watched parts while I kept my eyes shut the rest of the time. I told myself I needed to brave it just so I could say I did it. LOL

Thanks so much and keep up the great work. Dinosaur is our first attraction at AK and because we make a bee-line to it at park opening, we usually get to go 2 or 3 times in a row. We don't seem to tire of it.

Thanks, Laura!! Another wonderful post!! :) Love the pictures!:)

This ride will always be Countdown to Extinction to me. Heck, I still have my CtE shirt and it's in good shape!

My family is forbidden to call it Dinosaur ...

I noticed Laura no one answered your question about the chemical formulas on the red, white and yellow pipes in the boarding area of Dinosaur. They represent the formulas for ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.

I HATE this ride. It scared the crud out of me. I am not a fan of dinosaurs--never have been. We had to buy the our picture from the ride. I have my eyes shut tightly and my ears plugged and my husband it looking at the dino with this "duh" look on his face. He was'nt impressed, I was trying to hide. The 2 girls next to me ( I didn't know them) were all scrunched up by me to "protect" themselves. Very funny!!:p

I'll always remember the first time I rode C2E. It blew me away! It was like nothing I expected.

Thanks for sharing these pics! My DS, age 6, just loved them! He's the kind of kid who needs to know what to expect and now he's even more thrilled about going! The problem with most guide books is that there are not enough pictures, so thanks for filling in the gap!

love the daily dose. Keep it up
