Mine was 9 minutes at 8:05, and I am still on hold again after a CM picked up.

I'm sorry, but there's got to be a better way, don't you think? This is NOT how I want to spend Sun. morning with the family all home. This is ridiculous but I don't want to hang up now after 4o plus minutes on hold. You would think they'd come up with a better or more refined process........oops, I forgot, they can't even get their website to run properly half the time. What was I thinking?

The CM came back with a cancellation # for my Jambo ressie and a confirmation # for my Kidani ressie. I was not expecting this to take 45 minutes this morning.
