This is the Texas red Fish, my sister had it... said it was very mild and tender. Loved the sauce as well...

I had the salmon. It had a Mango sauce that I loved! We both almost cleaned our plates! This was after the cold bar of salads, shrimp, and CRAB! also Lobster claws...

The red jello like cup, was the best!!! Also the chocolate dipped maccaroon! Wish I had one NOW!

Lori, i've seen pics of this jello cup before, but never an explanation as to what it is, can you descibe it a little maybe. does it have a flavor?

Yes, their was a few shrimp, in the sauce of the Texas Red Fish. I tasted it, and this dish, was actually better than my salmon. Both we're Excellent though!

Yes, the cold bar had pasta salad's, traditional salads, and Crab, Prawns, and LOBSTER!!! I could have made a meal out of that alone!

The jello cup, was like strawberry, with a layer of cream... it was very smooth, but not a mousse... it was very tasty!

Yes, we kept the pens! Steve had told me, to ask for a couple extra pens, when they brought the bill... so I did. They brought them, and they are on my desk as I type this!!

You will LOVE IT!!!
