I spent 5 nights at AllStar Music during my recent trip. At the time I was solo--my family joined me and we moved to VWL. I was very pleased with AllStars. My room was in the Rock Inn, 2nd floor. The room itself was very clean, and well cared for. I was amazed at how quiet the room was, even though it was connecting. I thought the bed was very comfortable, but would not have wanted to share it with anyone. (I wouldn't want to share any double bed--I'm just too big) The landscaping of the resort is much nicer than I realized. My room overlooked a courtyard that was full of trees. One day I saw 2 large rabbits in the brush. I was able to park very close to my building.
I thought the food court had an excellent variety of food, and most of it was cooked to order. I ate several meals there, and enjoyed them all.
Almost all of the CMs were friendly. On my last day, I had a bad encounter with a CM in the food court (watch out for "Way") I reported her behavior to the manager.
Check in took about 40 minutes, but I did arrive at 7 pm on a Friday. The buses were great during the day, but morning service was usually delayed and crowded. I allotted 1 our and 15 minutes to get to MK for a tour, and was almost late because the bus was so late.
I would certainly consider staying there again.
