Hi i am trying to get back on WW, ( started in jan 06', but i gained it back plus some) I was reading alittle about Alli on here by seaching out the topic, and i see that people lost dramatic amounts of weight in a very short time. Is that Healthy? I am following a low fat / fat free plan, with lots of fresh fruit and veggies, But the evening meal with my family does not "count" as healthy and i do not want to eat or pre-pare a seperate meal for myself each evening.
I would like to lose that 15 extra lbs i gained, so not alot, but enough. I am scared when i see those #'s for Alli weight loss......what happens to a body when it loses 10#'s in 2 weeks? Is that all water? I guess i am still thinking the WW way of S-l-o-w and easy.
It took me 6mths of this way of eating and lots of walking to lose 15lbs 2 years ago.....So if it can come off faster, I am all for it
but i do not want to make my body sick either. it is bad to lose that much so quickly.
I will research Alli more, but i wanted to ask fello DIS'ers.
thank you
Tina
