My ADRs -- what a pain and still unsure

My 180-day +10 mark was today 6/8. I probably had better luck with the ADR system than some, but on my last reservation, I got a message that it was logging me out after 30 minutes of inactivity (I'd been actively booking for about 7 minutes). It took a while to get back in, find the rez page again, kept getting "you have no reservations" when I obviously had made them. Anyway . . .

We are 3 maybe 5 people. Me, DH, DS 3.10 then it might also be sis and her DS7. I made all the rez for 5 people except our "date night" at Bluezoo for 2. Staying at Boardwalk villas with 1-br (kitchen) and is a quick walk or boat ride to Epcot and MGM. I booked all table services because it will be december and we may want to get out of the cold for an hour. I'm also optimistic (unrealistically so) that DS will sleep in the stroller during lunch. If not, we'll go back to the room for the afternoon.

Monday 12/5 arrive MCO 9am
12:45 at Via Napoli (epcot) for pizza (wanted 4:30 but ALL dinner was booked)
[head back to room to check in and nap the kid]
6:30 pm scifi (MGM)

Tuesday
breakfast at kouzzina or in the room
1:30 pm Rain Forest (animal kingdom)
6:30 Kouzzina (boardwalk)

Wednesday
breakfast at kouzzina or in the room
1:00 pm Liberty Tree (magic kingdom)
babysitter -- 8:30 pm at bluezoo

Thursday
breakfast at kouzzina or in the room
1:05 pm Crystal Palace lunch (magic kingdom)
6:30 pm at Marrakesh (epcot)

Friday
Leaving

NOTE: Although I'd love to do rope drops, we are not early risers and I think that arriving at a park by 11 or 11:30 may be the earliest we do. So late breakfasts (small) and lunch a couple of hours later. Not sure if the dinners are too close to lunch but I need to put the munchkin in bed by 8 or 9. I'm not married to this sked and may end up doing some counter service if it's easier.

Putting the places you chose to eat aside, the only problem you may have is your arrival day. You will probably be cutting it close to make epcot at 12:45 if you are driving - your hotel probably will not be ready and you'll need to check your bags with bellman to get to epcot, and if your doing magical express, you may not make it at all. I'd hunt a later ressie if I were you.. You don't want your first moments at WDW to be flustered.

I would skip Via Napoli on arrival day, get rid of Liberty Tree on Wednesday and see if you can get Via Napoli that day instead. Via Napoli is much better than Liberty Tree.

I haven't heard good things about the Liberty Tree Tavern and Via Napoli is just a monorail ride away.

I'm guessing you have park hoppers since you are hopping a couple of times.

Oh just thought of something else - you could skip the park hoppers and do:

Arrival day at DHS - maybe try for 50's Prime Time for lunch or Pizza Planet CS lunch and keep Sci fi for dinner

tuesday looks good.

Wednesday - have that be Epcot day - Via Napoli lunch, supper at Blue Zoo

Thursday - have that be Magic Kingdom day - lunch at Crystal Palace and keep Marrakesh if you want to keep your park hopper or try for a Tony Town Square TS that evening or do CS at either Cosmic Ray or Pecos Bills.

You could skip park hopping and save some money that way. I haven't looked this up on any crowd calendars though so I don't know if any of these dates fit well with the best/worst park suggestions. I just figured I'd throw out another option for you.

OP here. Thanks for the suggestions. I planned the parks on the unofficial sked, but I may change things around when I see Disney's park sked. I'm avoiding EMHs. We have a towncar waiting, so a quick ride from the airport, drop bags and walk to Epcot. I did consider MGM but I'm not a big fan of that park and may not do it at all. Epcot we love.

Via Napoli had zero availability except the 12:45. I thought their pizza might be quick and good.
