My ADR Plan, should I keep it?

So over the past month or so my girlfriend, brother, and myself have been researching and trying to decide what character meals we should do. At first we were planning on just one but then I decided I might try to do one breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So for breakfast I was thinking about the Tusker House @ AK, Lunch Crystal Palace @ MK, and dinner Chef Mickey's. What are your thoughts? I was hoping maybe the people on here could help me find what places may be the best to go.

Tusker House for Breakfast is a great meal!

Another good option for dinner is Garden Grill (Epcot). Great food, good character interaction...never feels super crowded.

I love Crystal Palace. It's a must-do. You should definitely keep that on your list. I've only had lunch at Tusker House so there were no characters, but I thought the food and ambience were great, so keep that one too! I've not been to Chef Mickey's but I hear it's a good experience. I'm thinking that the characters at Chef Mickey's and Tusker House may be similar, so maybe consider swapping one of those out for 1900 Park Fare? That may be too princess-y for you and your bro, though!

I see nothing wrong at all with what you have, in fact if you flip lunch and dinner at Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's, we are doing the same ones (plus a few more).

Are there certain characters you would like to see? That may influence things as well.

Another option that is pretty popular and gets good reviews is 'Ohana at the Polynesian. It has Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and (I think) Pluto.
