My 27 (Wedding) Dresses

It is - good eye! I almost went with that one, but the drape of the skirt totally accentuated my thunder thighs...

I kept thinking I would find "The One" so I kept trying on more dresses, and I just never did. Eventually I chose "The One That Made My Waist Look Smallest"! (Pictures to come.... after the wedding... )

You crack me up Carrie.... I never noticed any thunder thighs. You are going to rock your wedding dress.

Did Patrick get your fascinator fixed? I'd dying to see it!

You are way too adorable, Carrie! I have to tell you, I am a little jealous that any one of those dresses would have been a gorgeous choice for you (though I like some better than others). Geez, girl, you have the tiniest little waist!!! Okay, you are inspiring me. I just started "Project Wedding Gown" in my WISH journal. I may have to cut and paste some of these pix into my WISH journal to keep me motivated.

Hahaha. Fabulous dresses! You look great in all of them.
I did the same thing as you. I tried on about 130 dresses in Atlanta and DC. In in the end I ended up finding the perfect dress a mile from my house at this small boutique. Figures.

Totally love this thread! How great. I thought I tried on a lot of dresses but nowhere near 60+! My dress was in there somewhere I saw it! Hehehe it's one of the Davinci dresses. I was smiling to begin with but the ballerina pose had me it was just so subtly thrown in there.

You have the EXACT same problem we ran into with my sister these last 2 days (her first time trying on dresses).......

Your figure looks great in ALL those styles.

Good luck picking, tough choice. Which one are you leaning toward? She had a gut feeling with the 2nd dress she tried on and went back day 2 to try it on again and still loves it.

That is great - I never got that gut feeling, so I picked the one that made my waist look smallest - unfortunately, they wouldn't let me take pix, so it's not among My 27 Dresses....
