My 180 mark is 6/24, can I make dining reservations at midnight tonight??

I made mine yesterday!
Online is open at 6 am & phone lines for WDW dining open at 7 am. (eastern time)
I had problems with the online system yeterday.
I got up at 3 am (CA)...I spent an hour trying to book ADR's and was only able to book 1.
I ended up calling in. It took me 30 minutes to book all 12 ADRS over the phone. 
I have seen other post that it have happening to other people, too.
Online is open at 6 am & phone lines for WDW dining open at 7 am. (eastern time)
