MW Tux - The Loop Kissimmee or Winter Garden

I'm trying to figure out which MW Tux location is the one that actually comes to your Disney Resort free of charge to pickup all the tuxes when you're ready to return them after the wedding.

I've seen someone mention the Winter Garden branch before, but that one seems pretty far away from Disney World.

On MW Tux's website I saw a branch in a shopping complex called "The Loop" in Kissimmee. Has anyone dealt with that branch before?

I'm trying to avoid any of the Men's Warehouse branches 'cause they always seem kind of clueless about tux rentals, whereas the MW Tux exclusive branches obviously know more since they specialize in just tuxedos.

Any feedback or comments would help!

We're probably having all the guys pickup and get fitted for their tuxes at their local MW or MW Tux and fly down with their tuxes. Then have Carolyn Allen's steam them, and then *hopefully* have MW Tux pick them up for return after.

The Winter Garden store is the one that's familiar with Disney weddings. The woman I spoke to there said that she would work with the people at our local MW Tux in California to set up the "one-way" rental syou're talking about (pickup at home, have MW Tux pick up in Orlando).

We went to the Mens Warehouse Tux tonight and to put it briefly- it didn't go very well...
The guy there was totally clueless... I had to keep asking questions to move on in the consult. The he was asking me questions! ugh!!!
Anyway! Now that I'm done venting...

How does this work? Does the MW deliver, size and then pick up the tuxes or is CA the only one that does?

I'm really nervous about the whole sizing thing and the final fitting? What if there's a measurement error- can it be fixed?

I had the same experience so I decided to call the MW in Florida myself. They are awesome! They have a special 800# for Disney Brides, they called the store in my area to coordinate everything. Then they called me to make sure everything was set on my end. Finally, they just called us again to reconfirm our tuxes, dates, drop off time, pick up time and to make sure we didn't have any questions. I can't say enough great things about them. I am putting the names and numbers of the people I have worked with (I hope that's okay). THEY will deal with your local store. Good luck!
