We just bought tickets for MVMCP and I thought I'd read somewhere... not sure a to where... that it included a free picture or pictures?

Anyone know anything about this? Are there other "free pictures" included with anything at WDW?

A free photo with your ticket to MVMCP with a holday background. They do this at several different locations around MK after MVMCP starts. You also get free cookies and hot chocolate.I think they do free photo's at MNSSHP also.Just check your MVMCP Guide Book you will get and it will have photo locations indicated on map. :goodvibes :goodvibes :wizard:

When I rec'd my MVMCP tickets int eh mail the letter that was attached said it includes one picture per party attending--I took that to mean that each member of my family must pose together for a total of one photo?

But, I am about 4 weeks away from our trip, and just bought MVMCP tix yesterday. I requested will call, because I wasnt sure how long it would take to get the tix in the mail.
The CM said it was fine and I would pick up the tix at Check in at the resort. Will I get anything in the mail like that was mentioned above? or will i get all of that at check in.

TIA,
Charles, Val and Emily

Two years ago we went with another family for a total of seven people. They would not let us get shots of different combinations of people. We could only have one shot of all seven of us and they sent us seven copies of that one picture.

Yes- Same here. We are a family of five. They wouldn't let us have more than one pose. It was one picture- five copies.

Do you think we could get 2 pictures since I purchased 3 tickets on week and then when my sisiter decided that she wanted to go I ordered hers? I would like a picture of me, DH, DS, and DD and then ket her have 1 for herself.

Whatcha think?

We are going with family that lives in FL and the entire reason behind doing this event other than enjoying the mouse was to get some different family photos made. We know that we are going to have to hit at least 3 locations for photos that night.

First stop: Launda & Tom; Becca, Michael, & Felicia; Pati; Gabby & Me. (use our home address)
Second stop: Gabby, Launda, Becca, & their mom, Pati. (use our PO Box address)
Last stop: Launda & Tom get their photo and Becca and the kids get their photo. They live in FL and will use their own addresses for their pictures.

There are ways of doing things that do no disturb the flow. Yes, it will take a lot of time to fill out the forms and make all of this happen, and we will lose some park time doing this, but Gabby really wants these family photos done. Disney is not going to have a cow about it, especially if we do not clog up the lines asking for more than Disney promises. There are 4 family groups, with 4 different home addresses, and we are asking for a total of 4 photos. We just won't stay at the same photo location for all the pictures, so that we don't cause any more trouble than necessary. It's all about how you approach it.

I thought that someone said that they mark your tickets once the photos have been taken so that you can not use them for multiple poses at different locations :confused3

Your sister could get a picture by herself as long as she wasn't in the picture with your family. The tickets do not designate who is there with whom. As long as the same person is not in 2 pictures, you can do it.

Last year they marked your MVMCP ticket at the picture station to show you already had a picture done.

I think your group may be disappointed if you are counting on your photo plan working.

We haven't been to a MVMCP since 2002 so I honestly don't remember if they marked our tickets but if what others are saying is true, I don't think you're going to pull it off.

I wonder though, if those park photographers will be out and about. Can't remember if they were available when we were there either, LOL. You guys could get all sorts of photos taken. You could all view them from the comfort of your homes and order as many copies as all of you would like. Other than that, you could always try CM's. They are always willing to help by taking a photo for you, that way everyone could be in the photo. Although you wanted to mix it up anyway, so there really shouldn't be a problem. :goodvibes

We've never had a problem getting multiple versions of pictures done at MVMCP. We'll get one of the entire group (typically 5-7 people), one of just my wife and I, one of the other family, one of my wife with just her children. Combinations like that. Sometimes they get a bit confused at the request, but they've always managed to get it to work.

Remember, each ticket is entitled to a picture - don't let them try to tell you that you only get one for the group.

It's one photo per ticket. Nothing else is guaranteed. Like I said earlier, they marked our tickets to show our photo was taken and they would only allow one pose per group...I'm sure to save time and cut down on the lines a bit.

I'm sure things can always depend on the CM too but one photo per ticket is all that is guaranteed.

You can also split where you want your photos to go; if you want 2 to go to one address and 2 to go to another, then you fill out 2 forms.

Have fun! My party is only 2 weeks away!! :cool1:
