Are there only a certain number of tickets available, or do they just keep selling tickets to the MVMCP? I've booked our hotel, but we're still in the baby stages of planning and not sure which date we're going to do MVMCP yet. Wondering if I need to buckle down and just buy them now, or if I have some time..

There is a limit but I am not sure how fast they sell out.

When I called and got mine, they were acting like they were in a big hurry to get them for me because they were afraid they were going to sell out. I'm like, 99% sure it was an act.

As PPs have said, there is a limit, but unless you are going one of the last nights, I think you have some time. I wouldn't wait until a week before or anything, but I think you'll be ok until September at least. Mutiple dates have sold out in the past. It will be interesting to see how any of the tiered pricing this year affects the sales.

Ok thanks! We're planning on attending either the 13th or the 15th, but leaning more towards the 13th the more I look at the crowd calendars and such.
Do we need regular park tickets in addition to the MVMCP ticket for that day? We're already getting 4 day hoppers, but I'm thinking we can extend our stay by doing the MVMCP that day alone, and doing MK a separate day using our regular tickets. Feasible or no?

The only reason you would need tickets in addition to the MVMCP tickets is if you wanted to go before 4:00PM, which is when you can get in with the MVMCP. If you want to do during the morning/afternoon, you would need to use one of your hopper tickets.

We're going on the 13th - already got park tickets plus the MVMCP tickets (I think we got the MVMCP tickets last month). I always recommend getting tickets early, because I really never want to be thinking, "oh we will be alright" and not end up getting in. Heck, its one less stressor to have to deal with...next ADR's #panic_attack

they have a limit on them and when they are gone they are gone for the most part ( I was given a ticket to one of the sold out party night about an hour after the party started but this dose not happen that often at all ) the closer you go to hollowed the sooner you need to get your ticket for the most part

also thank you for reminding me to get my tickets to MNSSHP I am going September 29 I am so excited I had such a good time lest year!

There is a limit, but they usually don't sell out until a few days before and only some sell out. If your asking because you are expecting lower crowds since its a hard ticket event, I can tell you that the parties are almost always very crowded. There are still some significant waits and lines to wait on and its still difficult to get a good spot for the parade or fireworks unless you claim a spot way in advance.
