Call Disney and ask for a refund. Sometimes they will give you one even though the tickets are technically non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sadly, they will not refund this time. They've refunded in the past when we had to cancel a trip altogether, but not this time. The only advice I was given by the two CMs I spoke with was to try to sell the extra ticket. They both assured me that "non-transferable" means not transferable to another party date--- I always assumed it meant not transferable to another person.

Too bad.

Try ebay and craigslist. They're the usual answers for people trying to sell things. The disboards used to have a for sale section but it's been long gone and we're not allowed to sell things here. Good luck finding someone to buy that one ticket.
