Hi Everyone,

We are going back to Disney in early December (Havent been there for Christmas yet....cant wait). My question is, we are going to the MVMCP and cant decide if we should go on Tuesday December 2nd (the day we arrive) or Thursday December 4th. I checked w/tour guide mike on last years schedule and it seems that Tuesday is the day that is recommended. I am just afraid we will be exhausted from travelling all day.

Give me your recommendations my fellow Dis'rs. I know you will tell me which of the 2 is better.

Should be little difference, if any, between a TUE and THU in early Dec.
Take your pick.

Personally, I would never go the night you arrive.There are way to many factors when you travel that can cause you to miss the party,even if you are driving to wdw, and party tickets are nonrefundable.Plus you will be tired from travelling.

If you go Tuesday you can use your MVMCP tickets and wont have to burn a regular park ticket.

I guess you mean that because they will not be at WDW the entire day, they would not have used a park ticket EARLIER in the day to visit another park.

If they go to MVMCP on Thu and visit DAK that day, that park would likely be closing rather early that day, anyway.

Just from all reasoning I think the crowds would be lighter on a Tuesday. All of the people taking long weekends would be gone and most people don't check in on a Tuesday. People may come for long weekends and go to the Thursday night show. I do think that in early Dec. you are really going to be fine either way but I still think Tuesday would be a lighter crowd.

Thank you for all the responses. I wanted to go tuesday night because I know it will be the least crowded out of the 2 days but I didnt want to worry about rushing around the day we arrive. I think we will probably go with Thursday Dec 4th.

Anymore opinions are greatly appreciated.
