I don't think you could until this year. I'm not sure how or why UT has them, but they do, and the tickets being good for any date in their list is even stranger.

Have her check with guest relations day of. I tried for tickets to an Epcot late nights live event that was sold out and couldnt get them. I went to Epcot GR about 3pm, figured couldnt hurt to ask, and my new favorite CM worked some magic and got us in i am not sure how but I was not about to ask! I have found the CM's can pull off a lot of things if you ask nicely!
