Regarding the tips for MVMCP from the email show, if you want to see the first showing of the Night Before Christmas at Tomorrowland Theater you will likely not be able to see the castle lighting first. We tried this in December. We watched the Castle lighting (which is OUTSTANDING and not to be missed if you haven't seen it before) and made a bee line over to the show. They were already turning people away when we arrived. :(

However, as the podcast crew said, you may miss either the parade or fireworks if you want to see a later show. We did manage to do it all one year by going to a later show, but we had SRO at the theater. Good luck! :)

We were able to do this last year. I actually taped the castle lighting on the first night of the party and then we decided we would stay for MVMCP. We walked back to City Hall, bought our tickets, then went back to the Galaxy theater to see the show.

That's where we met the family who recognized us by our voices.

We were close to the front of the line and actually had our pick of where we wanted to sit.

We may have lucked out because it was early in the season.

We missed the first show last year - we went to the dance party at Cosmic Ray's and went to get in line for the first show but we were too late. We will definitely get in line earlier this year.

My plan is to catch the lighting of the tree on another night we are there.
