Hi,
Could someone tell me what the ticket prices are for the MVMCP???Also could someone explain what goes on there???How early do they start to sell the tickets and how fast do they become sold out???Is this worth going to???Thanks Tracy

They usually go on sale in late April/early May. Last year's advance price was $39.35 for adults, $28.70 for children (including tax). Usually only Friday nights sellout but not until fall. I got my tickets for Tuesday Dec 7 a couple days before. If you buy early, keep in mind they are non-refundable. This year there is a 25% AP discount if you buy them the day of the party. It's always a highlight of our December trip.

Info from last year:

We went to MVMCP for 3 nights last december trip...and YES....it worth every penny....if you have time i suggest that you should go 2 nights ....many shows, wishes, parade, photos, cookies...attractions. Be prepared to the weather...last year we get a very chilly night.

We went two times this past December and it was really worth it IMO. Two nights is nice because we did rides and the parade the first night and the second night we did most of the shows. We didn't have to rush around at all.

Go on a Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs. if possible. We did a thursday and a friday and could definitly tell that it was more crowded on friday. -Steph

We went on the last Friday(last day it was done actually) in 2004. There was definitely stuff we missed especially the shows. Being able to walk right onto many of the rides in Fantasyland was neat, the special edition Wishes was awesome, and Belle's story was cute. We watched the second parade.
What's this about a 25% AP discount? It seems awfully risky if you have to wait until same day because I know that the night we went was sold out months before. I've got to decide if we are going on the 18th or 20th this year but I don't think I would go both. Two different narrators with a Candlelight Processional Packages, though- now that's something to think about.

Anyone know what the likelyhood that they would sell out for either the 6th (Tuesday) or 8th (Thursday)?

For the dates you want will not sell out in my opinion.Friday MVMCP's are the ones that tend to sell out. :wizard:

When you buy tickets for MVMCP can you make PS's for LTT? We've done this for MNSSHP. We were able to make PS's months ahead of time which was a good reason to buy early.

Also, tell us about the shows. They have a special Castle show, and isn't there a Mickey's Night Before Christmas show?

I believe it is worth going to twice in order for you to enjoy all there is to do and not rush through everything

The snow on Main Street makes the whole night even more special

Have a great day!

We did MVMCP for the first time this past year. Basically, DH & I wanted to see the parade, Mickey's Twas the Night Before Christmas, and the fireworks. We accomplished all of that and felt like we had gotten our money's worth. We did not try to ride the rides as we had already hit our highlights that morning and then went back to the WL for an afternoon nap. We did do the LTT PS along with our MVMCP which we made back whenever the tickets went on sale. All in all, we were very satisfied with the whole experience and will do the same this year!
