MVMCP tickets visa holders

Does anyone know when the Disney Visa should start to offer advance purchase for the MVMCP tickets??

I know you can buy them on the Disney Website now, but did you get yours through the Disney Visa link? I know they had discounted tickets for the Halloween party still offered.

So if a MVMCP night is not on the regular advanced discount and I am a visa holder can I get a discount?
I was told that on certain Friday nights they don't offer any type of general discount do to it being a popular night. Our night to go would be one of these days. So if I am a DW visa holder do I get a discount?

There is no Disney VISA discount for MVMCP. The only discounts are for advance sales, DVC members and AP holders (and those discounts have blackout dates).
