Mvmcp Tickets Question

IM an AP holder so my wife and I are going to MVMCP.

However we're taking two others with us who don't have any tickets to the park.

Do you have to have a regular paid admission on top of an MVMCP ticket to go? Or can you just buy a MVMCP ticket and go later?

Also, if I buy the party tickets as an AP holder, can I buy them for all four of us (even the two nonpass holders) and get the AP rate?

They don't need regular park passes unless you want to spend the whole day at the park, in past years they usually start letting the MVMCP ticket holders into the parks sometime after 4pm.
I believe you can purchase up to 4 tickets per passholder for special events-- so you should be able to purchase all 4 tickets with a AP discount for the selected dates the discount is offered.

What time can you enter the park having just the special ticket not a regular park ticket

Historically, 4:00 with the MVMCP ticket. It was that time for MNSSHP this year, so one can assume that it will stay 4:00 for MVMCP as well. However, you never know with Disney, everything is subject to change! If I had to bet, I would say 4:00 was a safe bet though.
