Our trip is scheduled 12/15-20. We are driving, probably arriving late on the 14th and departing early on the 20th. So I have 5 Disney days. I am thinking of purchasing a four day ticket (no hopping) plus a ticket for MVMCP giving us a total of five days in the park. I am concerned about our MK day which will be the 7p to midnight MVMCP evening. In addition to the Christmas parade and celebrations during MVMCP, is everything else (Philharmonic for example) open? Are the crowds reasonable?
I want to spend the day seeing some of the resort decorations and such.

The good part about the party ticket, is that you can get into the MK at 4pm. Also, most of the attractions are open during the party. JC, CoP, Tiki Room, CBJ, the paddle boat, and the train are closed during the party. Have fun!
