MVMCP Snow Question

I can't wait to be snowed upon, but want to be sure I'm in the right place at the right time. Is it only on Main Street? Only during the parades?

I believe they do it all evening, not just during parades.

The snow machines should be working all evening. There seemed to be a lot more snow in 2000 than in 2002, but I don't know if that was just an isolated night in which they weren't working right. Both times it was a nice touch while strolloing down Main Street. It also looks very cool on video during the parade.

For our trip the first week of December 2003, it was only going during the parades.

In December of 2002, it snowed only on Main Street, all evening long.

December 14th, 19th, and 20th of 2003, they did it all night long all along Main Street USA. It was really something to see. Maggie

Is it real snow (shaved ice type of thing) or is it some sort of plastic stuff that looks like snow? I am going in Dec and am dying to know!

The snow is soap bubbles, when we were there last year, It did not start until the first parade and then it snowed the rest of the night.

That was early December. It definately helped the mood!

Being as that the snow is soap, you want to make sure you are not trying to catch snowflakes with your tongue .

Its pretty amazing how real it looks.
