MVMCP restaurant question and more ??

OK I have questions. I made a PS for Crystal Palace after reading these boards then decided maybe I was reading about Candle Procession. The CM told me I could not get into the Magic Kingdom for a CP ps at 5:25P without park tickets too. I read you could enter as early at 4P with the party ticket. Which is true, please. Next question How do you email or pm someone from their threads? And finally how do I search the sites now I see no search icon thingy. Thank you in advance. My plans where made and my DH said I course I want to go to the Christmas party parade so now one of my PS might not work of course the CRT ONE! Also I thought my kids are small 3 and 6 would not eat the food at LTT but would eat some not much at CP buffet, and would be done easily under a hour and then could go plop down on the curb and wait for the parade. Can this be done. Hey I guess one more question. Leaving for Disney the 11th.

I'll start with the easy questions... I have not been able to find the search engine since the new boards were brought up.... You can PM someone by clicking their name on a thread, it will give you a drop down box with the option (this is the only way I have figured out with the new boards...

Now onto the Big question at hand... Here is the scoop on the entrance... Prior to Sept 11 they would make everyone exit the park and re-enter at 7pm for the party. The only people that could stay in where those that had PS's at the resturants... Those people would be held at the resturants until 7 and have their ticket validated there... After September 11 with the addition of the security bag check it created Mass chaos to do it this way so they decided the easiest thing to do would be to allow guest of the party to enter anytime after 4pm to eliviate the mass entrance. This is a word of mouth and not advertised... Unless the CM worked MK or knows people that have worked MK they may not even know this. You can enter MK anytime after 4pm with JUST your party ticket. When you enter they will give you a wrist band that shows you are there for the party. When the park closes at 6pm you will be at dinner so you will be ok, but if you did not have dinner they would ask you to go to Tomorrowland and/or Fantasyland where they hold the party guests (with wristbands) until 7pm (or the park is clear of day guests). Having worked MK for 3 years I am familiar with this sceneriao... I just transfered to resorts and the other CM's at the hotel I am at now had no idea this was the way it worked... Like I said it is word of mouth so that the entrance will be staggered rather than a mass rush....

So YES you can enter MK anytime after 4pm with JUST the MVMCP ticket... you would not need an additional park ticket unless you wanted to go in prior to 4pm
