i didn't notice anyone dressed up...other than cast members of course...
but we were there in early november, one of the first parties of the year....so that might make a difference...
perhaps closer to the holiday, people are more likely to be dressed up..
We noticed a lot of Christmas themed accessories or shirts. I don't remember any adults in costumes, but Santa hats, red and green, etc. we're abundant.

We've been a couple of times, have seen some kids dressed up but can't say I've noticed any adults other then Christmas themed t-shirts/jumpers and Santa hats

I'm going 13th November, we've got Disney Christmas jumpers to wear (in case it's chilly at night!) otherwise we'll be in normal park 'attire'! I've never been so I'm very excited!
And it may well be really cold! We went to the Christmas party one year ( last night so well into December) when Orlando had an unseasonably cold spat. I had to buy us all hoodies, wooly hats and gloves. It was bloody cold. The next day we scraped ice off our car windows. This lasted about 4 days. Then we swam. I'm just saying the weather can be highly variable in December. As for dressing up. I didn't see any adults dressed up at the Christmas party.
We've bought some cute Disney Xmas style jumpers in red and green and some cute Minnie headbands we found in the outlet store in April. We're doing the party on Dec 9th.
