MVMCP or MNSHP?

OK, so I'm the Disney "expert" in the family. My niece called and wants a Disneyland fix this fall.

Her question was "Do I go to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party or the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party"? and "Are they worth the cost?"

So all you real experts out there, can you help me answer her question?

It is Her, my Nephew, their 4 year old boy and baby boy. She lives a plane flight away and can only go once this year.

The two events you mentioned happen at Walt Disney World in Florida, but this is the forum for Disneyland in California. Do they want to visit DisneyLAND or WORLD? Disneyland has Mickey's Halloween Party but does not have a Christmas party at this time.

DLR doesn't offer a Christmas party like WDW, only a Halloween party....that may make the decision easier.

This ^^is exactly what I was wondering - is it supposed to be a WDW question instead of a DLR question? If so, then I have to move the thread over to "the other side," but I wanted confirmation first!

The OP specifically stated they were going to DL in the fall. I think they assumed DLR did the same thing as WDW.

I know - I read that but I can see where there could be a mix-up of event names and even a mix-up between DLR and WDW. It's happened before. That's why I wanted confirmation.

Thank you for the plug, Shannon! It probably sank down into the murky depths of Page 2 or 3 of this forum! Lately, since Cars Land, the board has been hoppin' and threads are moving at warp speed.
