MVMCP on Friday, Dec. 5th Crowded?

Hello...Can't decide between Friday, Dec. 5th and Tuesday, Dec. 9th for the MVMCP. Friday will be our first night there and thought it would be a great way to start our vacation. Do you think it will be overly crowded? Thanks!

Given the option of a Friday night or a Tuesday - I'd go with the Tuesday. We did MNSSHP last year on a Friday and it was crazy! When we went back in December we picked a weedkay for MVMCP and while crowded it wasn't as crazy. A lot of locals go to the Friday and Saturday night parties which is why I prefer a mid-week.

Plus since it is your first day I would prefer to be more rested before hitting the party - it can go quite late.

I agree. db and i went midweek the first week last year also. I didnt think it was too crowded at all for a week day. rode space mountain a couple of times with no wait.
