MVMCP - Necessary?

So we are headed back to Disney (DH, myself & DS- 13) next year for Christmas... we've done the MVMCP before... If you've done it once do you do it again? Thoughts?

If money isn't really an issue, sure why not, it doesn't cost that much and it is fun.

If you're even remotely on a budget, I'd put it far down the list of priorities. Well at least if you already seen it once. If you hadn't, I'd put it higher on the list, but still somewhere in the middle.

Once was enough for my family. We aren't night people and even though we took an easy afternoon resting at the resort we just couldn't make it late enough to feel it was worth it. We thought we could force ourselves to be night owls for a night, but it didn't work. Glad we did it once, but that's it!

It's less expensive than a regular ticket and the lines are very short if there are any at all. It is also not 100 degrees out like it is during the day. I think this is the only way to go to the park.

This will be our third time to go. We love the Christmas parade and since we never go during the Christmas season so it's our chance to see it. We also like to see the characters that are not normally out like Santy Claws. Plus we use the MVMCP as an extra day at the MK. Resorts early in the day, then the MVMCP.

It is the only reason we are going to Disney this year. If it wasn't for the party, we'd do Universal instead. I love it more than anything else that Disney has to offer.

It probably depends, but it is for us. We're doing it for the second year in a row.

We went last year for the first time and really enjoyed it. It was neat to see the snow and fun to meet characters you don't usually see. I was disappointed that it is starting a couple days later this year than last and we aren't going to be able to go again this year.
