Steve over at militarydisneytips.com will likely have the info first. There's nothing there at the moment; just check back periodically to see if he has it.

Thank you. However DH is not active OR retired. And the only info I see is in regards to regular Tix, not special event Tix. Anyone else have any info?

Special event tickets will have the same eligibility restrictions. That's Disney's military discount policy.
