MVMCP - Meal in MK first?

We want to eat somewhere in MK before MVMCP at about 5/6pm.

I originally thought about Cinderellas Royal Table but now im not so sure as i dont want a princess meal and other people have said its a character dinner now.

We dont want to go to Crystal Palace as we ahve been there loads of times and as its a special occasion we want a sit down meal somewhere.

Are there any other options in MK??

LIBERTY TREE TARVERN is a very nice place to eat and they characters will be dressed for the occasion

Last Christmas we went to the Crystal Palace before MVMCP. We had a lovely buffet meal with Pooh and Friends and it was a great way to start the evening. I think our ADR was for around 5.20pm, and we had finished before the party started at 7pm, which gave us time to get our wristbands and get our photo taken.

We have booked the Liberty Tree Tavern for the 8th of December at 4.10 as we are going to the Christmas Party that night cant wait.

Another vote for Liberty tree tavern it was great on the night booked it for about 5.30pm to ensure we didnt miss out on anything all characters dressed up.

we went for Tonys this year for a change and managed a ressie for 5pm. will need a sitdown before the mvmcp and after a long day in the park.

Yes you need a rest otherwise its a long day, but do it early so you do not miss much

Another option is to eat at one of the MK resorts or Wilderness Lodge and then go into MK for MVMCP.

You could try Chef Mickey's, Concourse Steakhouse, 'Ohana or Wispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge

Well as my future in laws too weeks to decide - i asked them about this in April and their reponse was "well we dont know what we're doing yet" i left it waiting for them to decide. Stupid move on my part as Libery Inn is now fully booked. We have a ressie at Crystal Palace instead but i may look into another resort option.
