Is it fun for adults or is it mainly just for the little kids? I have been trying to decide this for a while now and can't make up my mind. We don't have kids it would just be my dh and myself.
Thanks.

I am 25 and I loved it. There were 10 of us and only one child (my niece who was 2 1/2). We split up so it was just adults with me and we had a great time. The parade was excellent, as were the fireworks. The lines for most of the rides were really short, espically towards the end of the night.

Thanks for the info! It sounds really wonderful. I just wanted some adult input before deciding for sure.
Thanks again!

"just the two of us" have been going annually for ten years.
and loving every minute Disney's Christmas spirit.
go for it

My wife and myself have done MVMCP for th past 6 years and love it. You will have a great time the Christmas parade and special Wishes fireworks are awesome. I can't imagine going to WDW in December and not doing the party. We will be back again this year. If you have never seen the Candlelight Processional at Epcot you should make a point of seeing it. It is a truly beautiful show. We always do the CP dinner package.

I thought I would feel out of place last year at MVMCP without kids, but I didn't even notice if people around us had kids with them or not. Go and enjoy the night.

DH and I were both 36 last year when we went to our first MVMCP and it was great. We actually went 2 different nights and enjoyed them both very much.

My husband and I turned 59 this week and went to MVMCP for the first time last December. It was great and we both hope to be able to do it again.

We're actually going back this year in October so we can do the MNSSHP. Can't wait.

We're not normally "party people" (kinda boring) but Disney is special.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! :thumbsup2 I am so glad to hear from some adults (without kids) about their experiences. I too was afraid we would be out of place. We will both be 32 when we go.
Now I can't wait for tickets to go on sale!!!

It is a definate must if you are there in the holiday season.

Me and DW are 30, and just saw MVMCP for the first time last year.

1 word....AWESOME!!!!!

Xmas Wishes is excellent, the parades are bigger and better, it just brought xmas to life for us...

We saw Mr Incredible for a photo op, and my nephew (19) dropped his trousers to show him his Mr Incredible boxer shorts... The guy in the costume was laughing :teeth:

It sounds like a must to me. That is funny about your nephew.
Thanks!
I can't wait. I think the tickets go on sale end of April beginning of May.

DH and I loved it! It was just a magical experience and unlike anything else. We are defiantely going back this year for one night (maybe even 2.) MVMCP was also our boys first time experiencing the Magic Kingdom so that made it even more special. It was a really cool way for them to see it for the first time!

DH and I are both in our 20s and looking forward to MVMCP this year. We've never been there for the party before, but it sounds like it's going to be great!!!

We've been twice with our three kids. We were in our 30's. I wish we could go every year. It was wonderful. So nice to see MK all decked up for christmas. Parade was wonderful, shows were great. A must do!!!! :thumbsup2

I know how you feel! I am 53 and DH is 57and we have not been "party animals" for a very long time!! We went to MVMCP a few years ago and hope to go back again this year! Had a great time! Especially enjoyed the parade, the Victorian singers in Liberty Square, and the hot chocolate!!

DH started going back to WDW in 2000 for me, but now he loves it just as much as I do!! (We rode Soarin 8 times last November and Splash Mountain at least that many times!!!)

It sounds like lots of fun and it looks like there is plenty of stuff that you get to do and see during the party that you can't during normal hours. That was one of the things I was trying to figure out. If it had lots more to it then what you could do during the day.
Thanks for telling me your experiences. Gives me more to tell dh about.
