MVMCP - Everything Open?

Sorry, but the last time we attended MVMCP we had two kids under 3 with us and the whole night is a blur!

During MVMCP are all the rides/ attractions open at MK or is it just the big stuff? My husband and I can't remember if Toon Town was open?

We are getting SOOOO senile!!! Sigh, we used to be cool....I have photos to prove it!!!

Not everything is open, but alot of the rides are, Toon Town was not open last year.
