Headed to MVMCP Thursday, December 18 :santa: The biggest priority party-wise for us is the special entertainment: Frozen, Celebrate the Magic, Holiday Wishes, Celebrate the Season, and the parade. We are taking a first-timer and this will be our only time in any park, so we are spending the rest of the time hitting up attractions. Skipping characters this time as we just can't fit it all.

We'd like to see the 5 shows I just mentioned but I understand the Hub is a crazy house throughout the whole party. To minimize time going back and forth through the Hub area, I'm thinking best plan of attack will be:

-Attractions
-Get to the Hub at 6:00 for the 6:15 Frozen. It's not important for us to be up close for this one, so we'll watch from near Adventureland
-Attractions
-Around 8:50 get to Hub. Celebrate the Magic is 9:15 and Holiday Wishes is 9:30.
-After Wishes, get closer to the Castle for the 10:05 Celebrate the Season stage show
-After the show, find a spot on Main St for the 10:30 parade, which will reach Main St around 10:45-10:50
-Attractions

Does that sound reasonable? Especially the parts about arriving early enough for Wishes and the parade. If we see the 10:05 stage show and are right in front of the castle, fully enjoying the show without staking out a parade spot yet, will after the show be enough time to get a good spot on Main St? I am anticipating a sold-out party though it has not sold out quite yet.

I'm going to say you will have a very hard time navigating the Hub at the times you want. The pre-party castle lighting is slammed, so watching from the bridge to Adventureland is a good idea. But people will have already started camping out for parade spots soon after that. The parade will likely have just moved through the Hub at the time you want to line up for Celebrate the Magic, making it almost impossible to maneuver to a spot for the projection show. The second parade is less crowded than the first but now so uncrowded that you could watch Celebrate the Season at 10:05 and expect a good spot on Main Street for a 10:30 parade.

Main Street and the Hub are wall-to-wall people all night long, so your best bet (if the five shows are really your goals for the evening) would be to pick an area you wouldn't mind seeing all five from and sticking around there for the evening. You really won't be able to run off to rides and make it back to prime seating between all the entertainment offerings.
