MVMCP - Dinner Question

We are four adults who will be attending MVMCP for the first time in December. If we make an ADR for 5:00PM at MK on that day, can we get our party bracelets(?) if we enter mid-afternoon? Can we stay in the park or do they clear people out before the party? How should we do this?

They hand out the party wristbands at the gate after 4:00p, in the restaurants when you are eating between 6:00p and 7:00p and also there will be CMs around the park to hand them out after 6:00p.

They do clear out the park of non-party guests but party goers can stay. There will be one Land that remains open for that hour for party guests with the rides running.

So if you are in the park before 4:00p, you can get the wristband either in the restaurant or from a CM (I've seen them in front of the Castle and also near City Hall)
