Tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are limited and may be purchased online beginning July 7, 2022. Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can begin purchasing tickets as early as June 30, 2022. Ticket prices will range from $149 – $199 per person. Event dates are:

• November: 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 27, 29
• December: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22

The parks blog doesn’t say specifically. But it is billed as the MVMCP, not the after hours event of last year. The Halloween party starts at 7 pm. I expect this will be the same. So I would expect park closing at 6.

Oof the price is a bit hard to swallow for me. I looked and our party in 2019 was $115 and now it's $169 for the same day this year. As much as we wanted to do the party again, I might look into other fun special experiences. I'm a bit bummed, as we really wanted to go to get into the holiday spirit! At least I have a week to think about it...

The time says 7PM - 1AM so I'm guessing the parks will close at 6PM.

On Disney's site, it says:

Event Times
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will take place from 7:00 PM to midnight.

Ticket holders will be admitted to Magic Kingdom park as early as 4:00 PM on the valid date of their ticket––giving them even more time to enjoy some park favorites before the event begins! These date-specific event tickets do not require an additional theme park ticket or theme park reservation.

The advance purchase window is available to Guests of Disney Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, as well as Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort.

Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the day of the event (or earlier).

Some guests can start purchasing in one week, so I'd assume more info would be out beforehand:

We're staying at the Poly for 2 weeks in December. Will we hear fireworks every other night when we're sleeping?

Depends on how soundly you are sleeping. Yes, there are usually two fireworks shows on those nights. Perhaps you can switch to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Much quieter over there.

I don't think that it's dark enough to do fireworks at 6:00 PM for regular day guests. The MVMCPs had only one fireworks show in the past and it typically ran midway in the evening.
