MVMCP Dec 9th- what would you do?

Before returning home from a Bahama cruise we decided to take a day to take our youngest to Disney on Dec 9th. From these great boards I learned about the Christmas Party and bought tickets for all of us!

Unfortunantly,now my step daughter will not be traveling with us and we have her ticket. I've known for quite some time but I just kept putting off thinking about it. I thought maybe we would just take it with us and give it to someone before entering the park- but it occurred to me tonight that it may be sold out- and we are not likely to find 1 person alone so then it might end up totally wasted. I hate to think of it just being thrown away. What are your suggestions? I did think of contacting a school or something to donate it for them to gift to a child- but once again- I wonder if they can even buy another one for that date. The money is gone now- it just won't feel like such a waste if it makes someone else happy.

Wish I could take it off your hand for you..but I'll be home working!

Why don't you post an offer over on the Disney for Adults and Solo Travelers maybe you could offer it to someone that is traveling solo during that time and would love to go to the MVMCP, but really didn't want to spend the $$! Or you could sell it on Ebay. Call Disney and see if that night is sold out 1st before you sell it or give it away.

I bought ours last year through ebay for about $20 each. At least you would be able to get wome money for it this way and it is not going to waste.

I was able to return mine for a refund. I called Disney, and then sent a letter to the address listed on the bottom of the letter that came with your tix when you ordered them. They credited my credit card for the full amount.
