mvmcp dates released help needed

not sure if this is the right forum to post this.
anyway, what is the difference with a regular night ticket and a premium ticket. and why do the cost more. and why is the premum dates blocked out for us?

On nights when they expect demand to be high, prices are higher and tickets cannot yet be purchased.
