MVMCP and park hours.

So 2 days of our trip I want to be MK.
Both days I had originally chosen the park closes at 7.. I swapped a day to HS so that we could take advantage of extra magic hours on one MK day.

The one we swapped, Nov 14, park closes at 7 and MVMCP is scheduled.

The other, Nov 17 is listed as closing at 7 but no MVMCP is scheduled.
Any ideas why?

Aha. I was wondering if they'd add another Xmas party night.

Any idea what the event is?

If that's so, we'd need to do MVMCP on a day we are slated at HS.
Do you need park admission in addition to the party ticket?
We aren't doing park hopper.

You can get into the MK for the party with only a party ticket. You should be able to go in as early as 4 pm with the party ticket, based on the way it has been for several years.

In a previous thread someone posted that they found out that it' a Theme Park convention.
