Hi everyone, I was wondering if any of you could help me. I am going to book in our 11 month booking window for Christmas week at Bay Lake Tower. This past year I missed MVMCP date by one day (checked in on 12/19 and the last party was 12/18).

Is there any way to predict dates for the parties?

I also wanted to book two nights in Oct for my son's bday and go to MNSSHP (he's 3 and keeps talking about it so we thought it was a good bday gift as we attended for the first time in 2015 and he loved it)

Any websites dedicated to this sort of party date prediction? Thank you in advance for your help!

MNSSHP starts in Sept and runs through Oct 31, so your Oct dates should be fine. Check this past year's dates to get an idea of which nights during the week, but there really is no way to predict exact days.

The last MVMCP is usually the last Fri before Christmas week. That would be Dec 16 this year. HOWEVER, Christmas is on a Sunday this year, so they COULD extend it, but checking in on the 16th and buying tickets for that party would be a safer bet. You will definitely want to buy tickets as soon as they are announced. That last party usually sells out, so there will be no "day of" tickets for it.

Thank you so much. Your information was super helpful! We were planning on 12/17-12/23 this year (again missing it by ONE DAY!) I better book our reservation for 12/16 check in so we won't miss it.

1. Other than last year when Halloween fell on a Saturday (and there was a party that day), Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are when parties take place. (Although there is usually a party on Columbus Day. And before anyone says anything, I know that not every Tuesday and Thursday in September had a party, but the OP wants to go in October.)

2. Although the last party will sell out, it won't sell out on the first day, or even in the first few days. Or the first few weeks, for that matter.

The days for October are super helpful. Our kids won't be off for Columbus Day but if they were it would have been a go for that date in October. (although very crowded I'm sure). To know that the MNSSHP is traditionally Sun-Tues-Thurs-Fri in October does help me out. I think our kids are off the Friday after Columbus Day (teacher in service day) so that should work for a long weekend to catch either a Thursday night or Friday night party.

As for Christmas, I looked up past Sunday Christmas party dates and it seems 2005 they were on 16th, 18th and 20th, 2011 was on 16th and 18th. So I'm going to shoot for a 12/15 check in so we can plan to go on either 12/16 or 12/18 depending on when the party takes place. I took the past dates from here: http://allears.net/tix/tixspecial.htm

Thank you both so much!!
