MVMCP and LTT dinner

Are you able to book LTT now if you are buying your MVMCP tickets? Do you need a PS to get into the park early? Last year we went to MNSSHP and entered the park around 4:30 just by showing our Halloween party tickets. We did have an annual pass so we were prepared to show that to enter the park if necessary.

Hi there,
I am going on December 8th, and I booked LTT the day I bought my ticket, it was as soon as they started selling them, although I don't know how long ago.
I don't know if you need the PS# to get into the park before the party, but I know I will have mine handy just incase
