MVMCP and fireworks

Does anyone remember/know about what time the fireworks are on a MVMCP night? I am thinking about which night to eat at the California Grill to catch the fireworks.... I know the last time we did this, the fireworks were at 7 - but I don't remember if that was a regular closing night or a MVMCP night.

Party nights, the fireworks are at 9:15p so those 7:00p ones you saw must have been on a non-party night...at closing.
