Must-try snacks?

I agree with all the suggestions here and would add the yummy fudge, especially at the Main Street Confectionery :yay:

My must try after seeing it on this board is going to be the chocolate covered PB&J at Goof'y Candy Co....Can't wait for November.

Where in AK is the jalapeno cream cheese pretzel?

We also like in MK: from Mrs. Potts ice cream shop just past Snow White - the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae and the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae. Also in MK, the strawberry vanilla ice cream/sorbet swirl at the Enchanted Grove, across from the Teacups ride.

From EPCOT France bakery, I like the chocolate mousse.

We also must have Tonga Toast for breakfast from the Polynesian's Captain Cook's, and the Kileuawea Torte for dessert from Kona Cafe.

Mickey ice cream bar.

Frozen Chai at the Royal Anandapur Tea Company in Animal Kingdom.

Be careful about the Dole Whip and Dole Whip float, though. It's either pineapple or orange, and quite frankly when I tried it I hated it. :confused3

Hi! I am new here! My husband and I are taking our three girls (4, 10, 13) back to Disney World next month. This is our 3rd trip, but our first not on a strict budget! So, we will be able to sample more of the restaurants! Please share your "best snack" and where to get it! (and I apologize if this post has already been written)

If you really want to capitalize on the gastronomic activities, I hope you have opted for the dining plan. If so, almost ALL of the snacks described thus far are covered...

Another vote for the Ice Cream Sandwich at the MK Main Street Bakery. Two huge cookies with Ice Cream in the middle - definitely big enough for sharing!!! :cool1: A "best buy" in my opinion!

The Cinnamon Roll from the MS Bakery is also Wonderful!

Anything from Starring Rolls in DHS, but especially the Butterfinger Cupcake!
or the Carrot Cake Cookie from Writers Stop!

Some of the bakeries have chocolate chip muffins (Main Street, Sunshine Seasons) that are really yummy.

The popcorn from the popcorn carts is really good.

Rice Krispy Treats dipped in chocolate.

"Mickey Ears" ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches.

Dole whip floats (pineapple).

Here's another vote for the pineapple dole whips... didn't like the float too much as I would prefer to have just the ice cream! Mmm! The sundaes from Mrs Pott's Cupboard are good too!

Also anything from Goofy's Candy Co in DTD/Main Street Confectionary... the DBF loved the popcorn too

Sorry, hijacking!... Is there anywhere in WDW that has Tigger Tails (or the equivalent) like at DL? I've never seen any but maybe I overlooked them?

I vote Mickey Heads after the restraunts...street vendors throughout.

Ok, I have to ask......what is Kaki Gori? and you can get a Mango Margarita with a snack credit? huh? saw it on a previous post. If so, I will use all my snack credits up in one day, :rotfl2:.

Try the dole whip with pineapple juice but the orange whip - DH got that last time adn I was sceptical - but oh my! I tried to steal his :rotfl2:

Kaki gori is like a finely shaved ice with delicious syrup poured over it. The flavors are really yummy, I think there's melon, strawberry, orange or you can have all 3 together. It's much better than a snow cone.:thumbsup2

No, I haven't been able to find Tigger Tails in WDW. We went to DL for the 1st time in June after many, many trips to WDW. We just loved Tigger Tails. They are very sweet so we ended up sharing, but we went back every day to have one.

Those ice-cream sandwiches ... I've seen pictures but haven't tried them yet. Are the cookies crunchy or soft? Are the chips dark chocolate () or semi-sweet or milk (my favorite!)?

I LOVE the dipped pretzels and marshmallows. My favorite is always the Oreo one and the chocolate with peanuts.

The strawberry shortcake at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot is DELICIOUS! It has really moist cake, the strawberries are fresh and a good combination of sweet and tart, and the whipped topping is tasty.

Everything I've tried in Norway is spectacular. They have waffles/lingonberry jam (I think), the sweet pretzels, school bread.

I don't remember where it was, but I remember having some really good seasoned french fries.
